Returns & Exchange
Returns
Personalized maps are non-returnable as they are custom-made for you.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the map in its original condition within 30 days from the delivery date. The map must not be used. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and must send the product to our address. In case the map gets damaged during transportation, we will send a new map at our expense.
Exchange
If you wish to exchange the map, please get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will guide you through the process.
The buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping cost.
The seller will cover the shipment cost of the new item.
Product packaging
Product is packed in cushioning foam and a thick custom-sized cardboard box. In case the product gets damaged during transport, we will send you a new product.
additional information
Production and fulfillment of orders typically take 2 to 6 business days. For personalized orders, this period starts upon client approval of the design.
Once shipped, courier packages usually reach customers within 2 to 10 days, depending on the destination country.
Please note that our products are shipped and produced in Poland.
For customers outside the European Union, additional customs or tax charges may apply based on your country’s policies.
